Attended the 2 day rush run clinic. Very informative to runners from novice to experienced. Kudos to the organizers.

oh, i so missed this. sayang kasi the reg for the female participants is done na when i learned about this activity. i hope rush can schedule another running clinic soo, i’ll definitely join. =) more power to rush!
